Internship in Information System for Nómadas Outdoor Services in Chilean Patagonia Location: Punta Arenas, Región de Magallanes y Antarctica Chilena, Patagonia, Chile Duration: flexible duration and year-round placing (min. 3 months) Compensation: Partial board and lodging + 50.000$ Chilean pesos monthly Internship description: Re-organization and development of the IT system for the company This internship is a strategic project for the development of the company, which revolves around:  Analyzing the current network, hardware and software  Designing and implementing the network and its security  Managing network, access and security  Designing the data storage backup system  Selecting and supporting software and installations  Designing and implementing a VOIP based communication system  Supporting and training employees (troubleshooting and system support)  Writing the documentation to ensure and transfer knowledge More than a simple internship, this project will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience at the end of the world in a multicultural and dynamic team.
