Capital. Since launching the GetSafe App for iOS and Android in mid-2015,

expand our team.
Your tasks:
-
You create real business value by enhancing our insurance manager app
and platform in an interdisciplinary team
-
You build scalable and testable frontend and backend applications using
technologies like Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Heroku and AWS
-
You work in a small scrum team with frontend developers (JS, HTML, CSS),
designers, and a product owner
-
You are detail-oriented and pay attention to the scalability,
performance, and availability of our systems
-
While part of a team, you are also self-reliant and take responsibility
to ensure successful results in your work
-
You appreciate and contribute to low-maintenance code and a high test
coverage
-
You stay on top of current industry trends
Requirements:
-
Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails or similar projects, ideally on
small- or medium-sized projects extending over a period of >6 months
-
Good knowledge in backend infrastructure technologies like Heroku, AWS,
Continuous Integration/Delivery

Entrepreneurial drive to create successful products
-
Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced, international startup
environment

Disciplined approach to automated testing and quality assurance
-
Bachelor or Masters Degree in information systems, computer science,
physics, math or another related field
-
Someone who loves working in an agile and ever-changing environment
